Please note:

Taxes imposed by customs

Neuve will not be held liable for any duty or taxes your order may incur, or if the product(s) within your order is withheld by customs. You will be liable for any import duties or taxes levied. You will also be responsible for liaising with all bodies/personnel involved to retrieve your package if withheld for any reason. As such, we recommend that you read up on the regulations, as well as fees and taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises. 

 

Pre-orders

Should your order include any pre-order item, take note that it will only be despatched once all items in that order are ready for shipping. We do not ship incomplete orders. If you require non-preorder items urgently, please check them out in a separate order.

Lost Package

Neuve will not be liable for packages misplaced due to incomplete/incorrect shipping information. Should your package indeed be missing, please report the issue to us at hello@theneuve.com. We will launch an investigation with the respective delivery partner. This process may take up to 90 days. Should any report be found fraudulent, the corresponding user account will be suspended immediately without notice.
